I got this mainly for sun protection of which I am now in critical need, unfortunately. It serves its purpose nicely, in and out of the water.
I am 1,81m, 72kgs, about 100cm chest, 82cm waist and got a Medium size. It fits good and I think it would also fit someone slightly bulkier.
