Expedition Load Out

Originally developed for military applications, the Expedition Load Out combines uncompromising durability with thoughtful functionality, creating a gear bag equally at home on military deployments, offshore expeditions, dive boats, remote surf missions, overland adventures, and weekend travel.

The main body is constructed from an exceptionally rugged 419 g/m² Textilene® 1×1 woven mesh, selected for its outstanding abrasion resistance, structural strength, and ability to instantly drain and ventilate wet gear. Whether you’re carrying wetsuits, dive equipment, ropes, fins, or soaked clothing, the breathable mesh allows everything to dry faster while standing up to years of abuse.

Waterproof side compartments are constructed from 300D PVC-coated performance fabric featuring a 3×3 / 105T face fabric with a durable 60C PVC coating, providing protected storage for electronics, clothing, wallets, travel documents, and other gear that needs to stay dry.

Every high-stress area is reinforced with heavy-duty structural webbing that wraps around the bag, allowing the webbing—not the mesh—to carry the load. Premium oversized YKK® zippers with glove-friendly pullers provide quick, reliable access in any conditions, while multiple reinforced grab handles make loading and carrying effortless.

An integrated MOLLE webbing system allows you to customize the bag with compatible utility pouches, first aid kits, radio holders, tool organizers, hydration accessories, and other mission-specific equipment. A Velcro® loop patch field provides space for name tapes, unit identifiers, morale patches, blood type patches, or custom branding. Four reinforced ABS D-rings, positioned at each corner of the bag, create secure tie-down points for boats, RIBs, jet skis, ATVs, truck beds, roof racks, and trailers, ensuring the bag stays secure in rough conditions.

Every Expedition load out includes a versatile Accessory Tote. Rather than disposable packaging, this rugged utility tote stores the duffel when not in use and doubles as a boat tote, laundry bag, beach bag, gear organizer, or even a chum bag on fishing trips.
